Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1966. After training as a chef for about 30 years in places such as Paris, Australia, and Dubai, he helped open a number of hotels, including the Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport, as well as other hotels overseas.
After joining Ken Hotel & Resort Holdings Co., Ltd. (formerly Ken Real Estate Lease Co., Ltd.) in 2012, he worked as the executive sous chef at Hotel Nikko Guam.
Since 2015, he has served as executive chef at Hyatt Regency Naha Okinawa and Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa, and was appointed executive chef at Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Meijo Beach in 2022. In addition to being the executive chef of Ryukyu Hotel, he currently also serves as the executive chef for the Okinawa and Yokohama areas.

At Ryukyu Hotel, we use carefully selected ingredients from Itoman City, Okinawa Prefecture, and all over Japan to provide seasonal and trendy cuisine and heartfelt service.
We are also focusing on proactive employment and education within the prefecture. We have created an environment where chefs can learn in a variety of settings, including nine restaurants and bars, banquets and weddings, and have carefully designed the kitchens to allow each chef to perform to their full potential, including the introduction of the latest equipment.
As an executive chef originally from Okinawa Prefecture, I will strive to contribute to the local community by providing unique food that only Ryukyu Hotel can provide, sourcing ingredients, and actively hiring and training local talent.

Born in Okinawa in 1973
Joined JAL Hotels in 1988
2015: Head chef at Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa
After being appointed head chef at Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa in 2017, he returned to Hyatt Regency Naha Okinawa in 2019 and became head chef.
2022: Becomes executive sous chef at Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Meijo Beach
He will be appointed Executive Chef of Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Meijo Beach in October 2025, and continues to serve to this day.
