At Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Meijo Beach, approximately 100 chefs work together, passionately striving to provide the finest cuisine.
We believe that the entire process, from procuring ingredients to delivering them to our customers, is "cooking." Making use of our unique food procurement routes, we purchase seasonal ingredients from both Japan and overseas, and provide menus that incorporate the four seasons of Japan and global trends.
I was also involved from the kitchen design stage, pursuing things from a chef's perspective, such as "pathway to serve food in the best possible condition" and "a live kitchen that allows the chef's performance to be beautifully displayed."
We believe that this ideal kitchen environment is directly related to the deliciousness of the food.
Together we will thoroughly explore how to elicit the words "delicious" from our customers, and provide the ultimate in food and service.

SERVICE

We provide hospitality that is not just focused on the food, but also on the smallest details of our service. Even for banquets for several hundred people, we adhere to the basics of serving hot food hot and cold food cold, aiming for all customers to enjoy their food in the best possible condition.
Our services further enhance the appeal of the chef's masterpieces and create a special dining experience. We have a wide variety of restaurants, including Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, and creative Western cuisine, and we have an environment where you can experience a variety of services to match each restaurant.
