By applying for the "Instagram Giveaway Campaign to Commemorate the Illumination" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") held by Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Meijo Beach, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
- This offer is only available to regular Instagram posts or Reels posts. Stories posts are not eligible.
- If you are under 18 years of age, please apply with parental consent.
- Only photos taken by the applicant themselves are accepted (other people's work or copyrighted images are not accepted).
- Entries that infringe on others' privacy or copyrights will not be accepted.
- Applications that discriminate against others, slander, or otherwise damage their reputation or social credibility will not be accepted.
- Winners will be notified via Instagram DM (direct message), so please make sure to stay following our official account.
- If you delete the SNS account you used to apply, you will be ineligible to apply and win.
- After receiving the winning notification, please reply with the necessary information such as your contact information and product delivery address using the method specified by our company.
- If we do not receive a reply within one week of notifying you of your winnings, your winnings will be invalidated.
- If there are any deficiencies, errors, or falsehoods in the information you provide, your application and winning may be invalidated.
- Personal information will be used only to the extent necessary to dispatch prizes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, the winning rights cannot be transferred, or resold at auction, etc.
