From Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, The Club Lounge will be operating as follows:

In addition, from January 10th 2024, we will set accommodation fees for children sharing existing beds.

■ Regarding accommodation fees for children of customers who made reservations before the service change was announced
For reservations made before Thursday, September 21, 2023 there will be no accommodation fees for children sharing existing beds.
Please note that the Club Lounge can be accessed for a fee (see below).

■What kind of services does Twilight Bar & Lounge offer?
Based on the concept of "enjoying the resort in elegance," we offer an elegant time for adults. Enjoy the elegant sunset time at the resort with drinks and snacks.

■ Can children enter the Twilight Bar & Lounge after 17:30 p.m. even if they pay an additional fee?
The Twilight Bar & Lounge (17:30-20:30) is only available to guests aged 13 and over. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children at an additional charge.
■ Even if I had already made a reservation before the announcement of the change in service content, will my child be unable to use the club lounge after 17:30 p.m.?
Please note that children aged 12 and under will not be allowed in after 17:30 pm, regardless of when your reservation was made.
■What are the times between "Lounge Time" (12:00-17:00) and "Twilight Bar & Lounge" (17:30-20:30)? Can I use the club lounge?
There will be a 30-minute changeover period from 17:00 to prepare for the Twilight Bar & Lounge service. During this time, you can continue to enjoy drinks in the Club Lounge. *Children aged 12 and under will be served until the changeover time. Please leave by 17:30.
■I would like to leave my child at the Twilight Bar & Lounge (17:30-20:30) as adults will be using the facility alone. Is there a service that can be requested on the day?
Unfortunately, we do not have any facilities or services available within the building to take care of children.
